Led by the universities of Bath, Bournemouth, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Plymouth and UCP Marjon, RELAYS has worked to capture the power of 2012 to boost participation in sport.During my time as a RELAYS team member I have been given some fantastic opportunities. For example in my first year of working for RELAYS I had the opportunity to travel up to Twickenham and assist in running the preliminary warm up match tag sessions with junior rugby teams. In the Summer of 2012 I was a game designer and leader, for Art of Sport festival held in Weymouth. The event was carried out over 1 day with BBC film crews with over 750 children attending. It was a fantastic day and opportunity and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Show less
