  I coordinated and facilitated the Employability Phasset of Web Development and Digital Media Training organized by Ghana Tech Lab in partnership with HOPin Academy. The project was a life-long, continuous process of acquiring experience, new knowledge—purposeful learning—and skills that contribute to improving one's marketability for enhancing their potential to obtain and maintain employment through various shifts in the labor market. On this project, I worked on getting internship opportunities for 20 trainees after they have been equipped with web development & digital media skills. Through my supervision 3 of the interns had a job offer. Under the same project, with the effort of my team and I, we organized the first-ever Tamale Digital Job Fair, which brought together job seekers and potential employers, and recruitment organizations for networking and opportunity sharing. Our goal is to provide affordable housing for all low and middle-income families, so every child in Africa can have the best family time with their parents during their upbringing. In terms of sustainability, our sister company, AppCyclers, will help us pilot transforming e-waste plastic into 3D building materials to build affordable homes for every parent to give their child the best experience growing up.   Collaborative Research & Training Experience in Sustainable Electronics and Eco-Design (CREATE SEED)

  I serve as a technical advisor on the CREATE SEED an initiative of a team of eleven professors from six Canadian universities and more than 30 academic and industrial collaborators from Quebec, Canada, and international institutions. They have received funding from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) for the Collaborative Research and Training Experience in Sustainable Electronics and Eco-Design (CREATE SEED) initiative, with Prof. Clara Santato serving as the principal investigator. In this program, student interns and researchers will address issues related to electrical and electronic equipment waste, also known as WEEE or e-waste, and work on improving current practices in electronics and electronics eco-design.
