  I was responsible for the implementation and coordination of a new benefit plan for Daikin Europe from A to Z. I managed the various existing plans (and the successfully launched new benefit plan), tackled issues which arose related to it and strove for continuous workflow improvement. For this I made analyses, policies, negotiated with partners, served as sparring partner for management and unions. I offered all round support concerning all kinds of HR activities wherein I am mainly dedicated to a HR Flexible Reward Project.
