      Designed 6 prototypes using OnShape to adapt the Cobot Welder System for the UR20 model, with 3 of these prototypes going into production. These included a baseplate for mounting the UR20 to the welding table, a custom arm to connect the welding system to the robot while maintaining proper TCP positioning during cutting applications, and a sheet metal piece to improve the security of the welding box on the cart.Collaborated with machinists to oversee the fabrication of these designs for the UR20 model.Improved the cable management system with 3 additional prototypes, optimizing UXSoldered PCBs and constructed 30 full units, preparing them to be shipped and packed securely Show less
