Over the years, that flip flopped and during the last few years I worked primarily as a High Definition Video Engineer with the latest High Definition cameras.

  After interning with Editel: Boston, I was hired to manage the production studio. I inventoried and repaired all in-house lighting equipment and worked with the production department to determine, quote and purchase equipment needs that would best serve the studio for years.

  Web Development Manager

  Initially hired part time to create web pages as a workflow mockup of a 'to be developed' Business to Business web application. Upon funding, managed the first web layer development team of five developers writing in a proprietary language for the application's interface.

  The company merged with Boston Camera and my role expanded to in-house and client projects along with some team leadership. I expanded and managed the Equipment Management role and IT role by creating the Rule Equipment Management Committee (REMC) and the Rule Information Technology Committee (RITC). Multiple employees would now share responsibilities of each as a team while becoming more experienced in individual tasks. As Equipment Manager, I researched the latest technology in the industry to determine and purchase audio and video production equipment our clients would want to rent. Built and leveraged multiple vendor relationships, managing quotes and purchases to acquire new inventory at best cost to the company.
