  •Monitor production activities to ensure that it is comply with operation target by controlling and monitoring DCS panel, take the corrective action with production supervisor approval•Execute the actual production plant operation activities efficiently under Supervisior and Engineer instruction in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure•Monitor product quality to ensure that it is within standard by comparing with the approved Production Standard. Take the corrective action when product off spec with Supervisior approval•Give a clear order or instruction to the field operator regarding the operation related work•Prepare record of DCS Operation Data, Check list, Analysis Record, etc, as shift repot.•Execute the emergency treatment in case of production plant trouble based on Standard Operation Procedure and settle trouble according to supervisor's direction or instruction. Show less •Monitoring and inspection of all rotation equipments for any abnormalities, most likely abnormal sound, checking lube oil level, suction & discharge pressure, pump's amperage.If found any abnormalities inform to Panel Operator to raise work order•Check the plant throughly and record readings fill by the logs•Make sure that all equipments is good condition and operating properly, such as clean up filter and suction strainer of the pump, take sample and send to laboratory for analysis, house keeping area•Responds to emergency situation as a team member and follows emergency procedure•Monitor and inspection of all instruments, checking all the control valves for any hunting, gland leak, instrument air leak, and if any abnormalities inform to Panel Operator for raise work order•Checking all tube inlet and outlet inside furnace from peep hole and did pyrometer for taken Tube Metal Temperature, if found hot spot inform to Panel Operator or Supervisor •Undertakes minor troubleshooting like stabilizing flame in furnace by adjusting air burner, clean up suction strainer when suddenly pump cavitation, drain condensate when hammering occurs•Prepare equipment for maintenance and re-commission when completed•Participates in planned plant shut down procedures preparation, like preparing isolation list, blind list, and equipment hand over procedure.
