      The Global Account Process Lead is accountable for the process governance, implementation and direct execution of the process on a day-to-day basis within a given Customer in line with global standards. This includes managing all activities necessary to manage the planning, identification, control, tracking and audit of Configuration Items (CIs). Representing DXC as the Configuration Process Owner for the giving account.  Own escalated and top priority incidents till resolution. Liaise with the Customer and Account Management team as focal point and managing all major Incidents reported to the Global Delivery Centre. Ensure gradual improvement of the process and services leading to reduction in service breakdowns.
