Show less In my role as a Learning Ambassador - Process Guide, I've worked non-stop to create a safe work environment, leading stretches at start of shift with my team and showing effective stretches - displaying proper body mechanics which will be helpful for safely completing daily tasks, encouraging teammates to report safety concerns, and reminding my teammates to stay hydrated during the day. Coaching and motivating are also strong suits of mine and are a big part of my day as a process guide, I've made sure that my teammates are comfortable asking questions by being available as much as possible while helping run the floor and I've been vocal about improvements my team makes; In doing so, improvements in communication have been made, a higher standard has been set for goals we have set for ourselves, which has increased and ensured productivity, efficiency and most importantly safety.Listed below are some examples and accomplishments I've made in my role.- Motivated associates to excel by showing continuous displays of dedication, genuine engagement and interaction, giving words of encouragement which lead to a positive morale.- Trained nearly 150 on-boarding New-hires and thoroughly explained standard work procedures, expectations, necessary body mechanics and safety procedures, ensuring new Amazonians are knowledgeable of their duties.- Supported Area Managers and Process Assistants by participating in floor sweeps, assisting with manual labor as needed, training associates indirect roles: all decreasing the workload of my teammates. - Successfully completed retrains, Directed lost and/or confused associates on the floor or on station, preventing downtime while increasing productivity. - Consistently averaged a rate of 500-600+ UPH.   While I was an apprentice, I learned fundamentals of multiple areas of work for when working with Material Handling Equipment and Robotics Equipment. On the Job training required attention to detail, learning the ins and outs of the machines around my sites, and servicing different types of equipment throughout my shifts as the day / night goes on, along with completing 40 benchmarks across 4 types of work.
