      Genesys Works is a nonprofit social enterprise providing pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experience, and impactful relationships. Throughout training, I analyzed and evaluated security network systems, reported and examined different takes and actions with troubleshooting a windows desktop, and programmed our virtual box to operate as a windows machine. I earned myself a cisco networking certificate and am prepared to work in IT/Cybersecurity related field.Selected from an applicant pool of over 750 junior high school students to participate in a rigorous professional skills and Information Technology training program . I learned how to time manage in a way more efficient way, sorted out all my task I needed to do throughout the whole day while managing my school homework and taking initiative in all my assignments and contributing to our work sessions. I learned to back up / modify applications and related data to provide for disaster recovery through the Cisco networking program. Show less

      Internship during senior year of high school under the program Genesys works at CIBC US Service Desk. I assisted users with computer support, I received calls each day and created tickets for each call. Managed the Serivce Desk mailbox and Escalated, updated or resolved tickets respectively on the daily basis within our ServiceNow ticketing system. Provided constant feed back to our Knowledge articles.
