  As the Program Head and Head Educational Therapist at Illuminate Brilliance, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the educational programs and services provided by the organization. In this role, I work closely with my team of educational therapists to provide students with the highest quality education and support to help them achieve their full potential.My role as Program Head involves designing and implementing new educational programs, as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs. This requires close collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify the unique needs of each individual student and develop tailored solutions to address those needs. By staying up-to-date on the latest research and trends in education, I ensure that the programs offered by Illuminate Brilliance are innovative and effective.As Head Educational Therapist, I lead a team of therapists who work one-on-one with students to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve academic success. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring that the therapists are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to provide high-quality educational therapy services. I work closely with parents and educators to ensure that the therapy provided is integrated into the overall educational plan for each student.In addition to overseeing the programs and services provided by Illuminate Brilliance, I am also responsible for building strong relationships and partnerships with the community. This involves acting as a liaison between the organization and the community, developing collaborations with other professionals and organizations, and advocating for the needs of students.Overall, my role at Illuminate Brilliance is essential to the success of the organization.
