      I am responsible for the running of an effective, excellent standard of the ICT Service Desk. This includes the day to day efficiency of all of the 1st line technical fixes and escalation to correct technical teams within ICT to enable our 11,000 staff to work with our IT systems. I am also responsible for the procurement of all ICT equipment and Asset Management of our hardware and software. I am part of the Senior Management Team for ICT in NHS Forth Valley. I was a technical trainer within NHS Forth Valley helping staff who had less understanding of IT to enable them to use our IT systems within their own roles. As an ICT Analyst I was responsible for 2nd and 3rd line technical fixes for staff across our organisation. We had to meet tight timescales and priorities to ensure clinical and non clinical staff were able to work with our IT systems effectively.
