Working as a staff engineer, Jim Pearson began to develop his skills as a structural engineer in this small office. It exposed him to the workings of an engineering office and gave him the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Unfortunately, the fragility of the economy in the early 1990's only allowed a few months working for Willie Correia. However, the experience cemented an understanding of the cyclical nature of the architecture/engineering/construction industry that would serve him later in his career. Show less
