Show less Coordinating Improvement Projects and CI Culture at the plant: •Drive behavioral change across the plant, including support functions by trainings, one to one feedbacks, implementing programs. Collaborate with HR between employee representative groups, management and employees to develop a sustainable plant Continuous Improvement (CI) culture. •Contributing to the roadmap preparation, execution and regular follow-ups. •Develop and implement productivity savings achieving the plant conversion productivity target and identifying productivity opportunities to close potential gaps. •Develop a CI roadmap / master plan annually for the entire facility and provides assistance for the execution.
