Show less Coordinating Improvement Projects and CI Culture at the plant: •Drive behavioral change across the plant, including support functions by trainings, one to one feedbacks, implementing programs. Collaborate with HR between employee representative groups, management and employees to develop a sustainable plant Continuous Improvement (CI) culture. •Contributing to the roadmap preparation, execution and regular follow-ups. •Develop and implement productivity savings achieving the plant conversion productivity target and identifying productivity opportunities to close potential gaps. •Develop a CI roadmap / master plan annually for the entire facility and provides assistance for the execution. Initiates and supports training and induction programs by using existing tools from the CI toolbox (team building facilitation, six sigma, 5S, SMED, QCDSM, Kaizen/Changeover, etc) to ensure all employees understand the concept of CI. •Ensure efficient use of global communication platforms (intranet, CI symposium, external sources) to fill the local pipeline with new ideas and best practices, as well as providing the global plant network with local CI success stories and initiatives.
