  Master Thesis Student - Chromatin Regulation of Human Gene Expression

  The title of my research project was "Role of human linker histone variants in chromatin and interferon response". I performed various basic bio(tech) laboratory techniques such as PCRs, qPCR, Western Blotting, cell transfection/transduction, genetic knock-down, etc... as well as ChIP and some proteomic techniques. My role consisted in elucidating the effects of knock-down of particular H1 variants in human cancer cell line.
