      Lead BA/PM on a strategic project that is converting over 4,500 pieces of correspondence from legacy systems to HP Exstream. This includes the decomposition of current workflows to document the triggers for each piece of correspondence and analyzing these workflows to reduce redundancies where possible. Lead BA and Testing Manager for a strategic project that allowed agents to process address changes on behalf of their clients. This has saved the Company over $150,000 by offloading these rote transactions from the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in our Call Centers which allows them to spend more time on the phones handling more complex transactions.Managed a team of four that was responsible for testing and supporting the system that contains all of the Company’s client and policy data.Mentored new associates that were enrolled in the Company's Early Career Pathway program.
