This interdisciplinary program provided the skills to analyse financial data, manage budgets, and understand business operations while also learning to design, implement, and utilise various information systems to enhance organisational efficiency and decision-making.

      My role entails, ensuring that staff are fully aware of the capabilities of Sonos (Multiroom music system), and also how best to sell it to customers. I also install and modify all the relevant POS and marketing material within the store. I organise and execute training sessions and events in order to promote Sonos. A small part of my role is assisting retailers and Custom Installers with marketing and other activities to promote Sonos and their business. My role has lead me to develop new territories which were previously underperforming, and bring them up to a standard which Sonos expects. I have most recently utilised my skills to set up numerous large retailers in order for them to sell Sonos effectively, which included training and managing seasonal instore demonstrators. Show less

      Responsible for managing the UK Retail RES team, together we increase store efficiencies in Mass Retail (John Lewis, Dixons and Richer Sounds), to ensure we grow household acquisitions in-line with company expectations. This is achieved through focused store visits concentrating on best in class training and Point Of Sale executions, ensuring the greatest customer experience.
