  My service ranges from the conceptual design phase to the complete validation of the product (100% DVP and PPAP approval) before serial production. Covering all, characterization (3D design, modeling, FEA...) and prototype phases (development of elastomeric mixtures, characterization tests, re-design...). During all the phases I perform the role of project engineer (APQP), following up all the technical issues of my projects, keeping in continuous contact with the customer, updating the project status (LOP), timings, arranging meetings, redacting the documentation needed for the deliveries of prototype parts and managing cross-functional teams made up of workers from other CMP departments (quality, laboratory, purchasing,…).Working together with the customer to improve and validate the product.
