  ✅ Responsibilities Areas- Participation in operational and strategic planning of HR functions on the Learning Part (TD & LC Learning) to achieve key HR indicators and Talent KBI, development of the employer's internal brand;- Development and implementation of a holistic learning journey in the development of leadership capabilities for the specific population (front line leaders, 700+ people): development of both classical training sessions and e-courses to gamified formats (business simulations, business games), in accordance with the 70-20-10 approach and developed learning metrics;- Creating and delivering workshops, facilitation for project teams to achieve business results, to support the team during the transition period or to achieve team synergy;- Cross-country projects (both as a leader and an expert) on the design of learning programs, e-courses, the development of a corporate portal and analytics.✅ Achievements: 1. Created and implemented two programs for operational leaders in an online format (lasting 2 months and 12 months), where it was possible to increase the level of participant engagement (>80%) and an average NPS score of 9.1.2. Designed and implemented a Learning&Talent Big Data Dashboard for key HR stakeholders in 29 Coca Cola HBC countries (HR Directors, HRBP Groups and Learning Managers) 3. Created a game assessment for 30-50 people as part of the Coca-Cola School program, which was held offline and online for more than 100 people4. Developed 1 online course for all Coca-Cola HBC countries ("Feedback Essential: A World Without Feedback") and 4 online courses for the Russian business unit.5.
