  In this highly demanding role, I was supervising three HR colleagues and covering more than six different business units responsible for around 2000 employees. The role's major challenge was to design, deliver and implement HR strategies aligning business requirements with employee needs. Throughout those years, we successfully undertook different initiatives and projects such as perfromance management system, employee satisfaction survey, Voluntary Exit program etc. I was accountable for designing and delivering appropriate Manpower Planning and Performance Management strategies in alignment with Senior Management. As a result, I was actively engaged, among other things, in the design and implementation of Development and Assessment centers for hundreds of employees and selection of key positions and roles. Going back at this time, I had end to end accountability for annual employee performance appraisal along with the coordination of the compensation and promotion processes cross functionally. Personal efforts, tactics & approach ended with success for all undertaken projects. Recruitment & Selection function was my first experience in Human Resources Area and I was primary responsible for the rigorous monitoring & implementation of all recruitment and selection needs and requirements along with relative employee assessment processes.
