  Project management and planning for an outstanding military organization at the tip of the spear. I've had the pleasure to provide support to our rear detachment while our unit's troops deployed to Iraq for Operation Inherent Resolve. As Project Lead, I planned and executed the first military formal event at Sky Armory in Syracuse, NY. This event commemorated Task Force Summit's safe return from Iraq and celebrated the reintegration of the Summit Battalion. I developed courses of actions to control costs, raised funds, and provided steadfast solutions to bottlenecks in order to hit all deadlines on target and facilitate an outstanding event. Show less During this time I oversaw human resources technology, HR planning, and operations for an organization made up of over 800 outstanding soldiers. We were poised to rapidly relocate for worldwide security missions and did so in 2013 for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF XIV) in Afghanistan. This bullet train of an organization set the standard at Fort Drum, New York and I've had the honor of enhancing processes, improving efficiencies, and advising executive leadership on successfully navigating government policies and regulations.
