  Financial Risk Review Audit Manager

  Manage the Financial Risk Review team in completing the SOX 404 process walkthroughs, design and operating assessment testing for both our external auditors (EY) and Key management. Manage the completion of special projects for compliance and financial statement audits relied upon by our external auditors. Supervise and review/approve the interim and annual testing for 450+ annual SOX controls across all of the lines of business at the bank. Partner with the Financial Risk Governance team to ensure that the SOX program at Key is executed timely and appropriately. Partner and collaborate with KeyCorp’s line of business groups in delivering value through the identification of risks, recommending efficient and effective processes for managing Key's financial risks and SOX compliance efforts.
