  Working on various projects as lead developer and team leader of the ML and DS engineering team.Experience across domains: - Clinical Data, Biomarker Data, EHRAlgorithms and Methods: - Clustering and Classification, Feature Engineering and Data Cleaning - Statistics (including Inferential and Bayesian) The study of a large array of heterogeneous medical data from a wide population of people, followed by clustering into specific subgroups. The main objective of the project is to identify disease patterns, significant trends and the co-occurrence of several diseases.Experience across domains: - Genomics, Transcriptomics Algorithms and Methods: - Statistics (including Inferential and Bayesian) - Neural Networks (including convolution, auto-encoding, and recurrent) Creation of an algorithm that builds a Bayesian network reflecting the relationships between genes on the basis of Genomics and Transcriptomics data from customer experiments. It is used to build a predictive model for identification genes, predicted to modulate network regulatory states associated with disease. The construction of the Bayesian network is based on the modern method of Continuous Optimization for Structure Learning, including the use of Neural Networks. Show less
