The main objective of the project is to identify disease patterns, significant trends and the co-occurrence of several diseases.Experience across domains: - Genomics, Transcriptomics Algorithms and Methods: - Statistics (including Inferential and Bayesian) - Neural Networks (including convolution, auto-encoding, and recurrent) Creation of an algorithm that builds a Bayesian network reflecting the relationships between genes on the basis of Genomics and Transcriptomics data from customer experiments. It is used to build a predictive model for identification genes, predicted to modulate network regulatory states associated with disease. The construction of the Bayesian network is based on the modern method of Continuous Optimization for Structure Learning, including the use of Neural Networks. Show less
