  I was responsible for the Day to Day operations of the KC Flooring Warehouse. My duties included but not limited to Staffing, Inventory Control, Product management, Scheduling, Contractor and outside Vendor management and meeting any goals that management has set. As lead Machine Operator you are responsible to carry out the direction of management while working as a team with your staff. As a Lead you are to lead by example and follow all departmental and Corporate safety and Operational Procedures. Duties included the operation of various warehouse machinery. I gained certification on the Stock Picker, Stand up Fork Lift, Standard Fork lift, Carpet Pole Truck, Electric pallet jack, and the stand up pallet jack. I was expected to pick and load customers product in a timely and safe manner. I was responsible for unloading vendor trucks and loading product into our racks.
