  Snowdays is a highlight for the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano. It is the largest winter sports event for university students organized by students. For three very intense days, 800 students from Europe's top business schools (Frankfurt School, EBS, TUM, Nova, Maastricht University, ESB, Zeppelin Universität, WHU, and many others) gather in South Tyrol to compete in numerous winter and non-winter sports, accompanied by good music and fun. It is a great opportunity to network, establish friendships, and let people discover the magnificent South Tyrolean region and its realities.As Main Coordinator of the entire organization, I was primarily responsible for managing human resources and creating a team of more than 30 people. I personally oversaw the planning of the event, with a strong focus on the financial side. In addition, I was in charge of the relationship with the supporting companies and various suppliers, as well as the entire operational planning of the three days. As head of the organization, I had the opportunity to interface with local media, institutions and represent the event on all occasions. Show less

  After completing my internship at Volksbank, I was hired as a Project Manager and Security Analyst. In this role, I continued to focus on analyzing and detecting fraud in payment systems, including debit, credit, and prepaid cards, as well as wire transfers. Additionally, I took on the responsibilities of a Project Manager for security-related projects, overseeing their planning and execution. My duties also included writing comprehensive security reports and conducting audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies. This position has further enhanced my expertise in cybersecurity, project management, and regulatory compliance. I focused on protecting debit, credit, prepaid cards, and wire transfers, using advanced monitoring and data analysis tools. I collaborated with the team to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, contributing to maintaining high standards of security and integrity for our customers. This experience allowed me to develop crucial skills in cybersecurity and fraud management, as well as strengthen my analytical and problem-solving abilities. Show less
