  I was deployed into the Quality Control section of the Operations Department as an Intern. In that regard, I was tasked with the routine collection of refined petroleum products (PMS and AGO) samples to be tested from the Tank Farm, with more focus on the PMS. Samples were moved to the Quality Control Laboratory, where their physical properties, such as Boiling point, Density, Pressure, Viscosity, Temperature, were tested with highly efficient devices, to ascertain their suitability for consumption.I worked shortly with another branch of the Operations Department (Loading Gantry) where I was grinded in exposure to the Engineering processes involved in the filling of fuel tankers with Petroleum products requested for purchase, coupled with setting to accuracy, the reading machine, keeping detailed record of litres of products dispensed and the valve operation of each dispensing units of the Gantry.
