Commissioning of AFS• Obtain W&M certificate for prover vessel and refueller meters and obtaining DGCA’s approval..• To obtain other statutory approvals like operation of VSAT, telephone lines electrical connection, CCOE pollution control, Shops and Establishment ACT Excise registration, etc.• After L2 Audit to obtain Airport passes for posted staff and Refuellers. After obtaining RFSU to be ready for Refueling operations.• To receive ATF to top up the tanks and be ready with all documentations.• To be ready for Airline inspections.Operation and Service Levels• To ensure daily QC and required inspections are carried out on static and mobile facilities and ensuring proper PPE’s for AFS Staff.• Educate new AFE’s on refueling drill and operations. ‘• To maintain all Operating manuals, statutory approvals and other guide lines including file management and management instructions and QC bulletins.• To ensure losses are under control through MIS and regular monitoring.• Customer complaints and delay in refueling to be kept minimum & to be brought to the notice of Head office immediately.
