In addition I ensured workload and workforce management goals were met for the demands of customer communication, new accounts, training, coaching, management of incentive strategies and reporting.To accomplish my responsibilities I hired additional staff for 150 branches by generating four sales coaching positions for eight senior regional managers and grew staff to eight coaches in less than six months.
