  Responsible for the design, development, and launch of the Gen 2 Gear Reducers and driveline components for the STLA Frame vehicle platform. I lead a team of 15 release engineers, validation engineers, and family managers to bring 2 new electric drive gearboxes, new halfshafts, and new wheel-end disconnect to market in 2024. Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer and Dodge Charger/Challenger driveline components during launch activities. Led problem solving, root cause analysis, and assembly procedure development. Led investigations and resolved multiple halfshaft warranty issues through design changes. On site support at thevWarren Truck Assembly Plant helped the extended team to resolve NVH and build issues. Lead engineer responsible for the design of Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer and Dodge Charger/Challenger driveline components. Led DVP&R creation and completion following lessons learned and best practices. Organized suppliers to investigate and validate commonization projects to realize cost savings of $150k/year. Mentored and trained a new engineer through their first year in the department.
