This included ensuring that housing issues were responded to and dealt with medical appointments ensuring medical appointment were kept. Responsible for helping Soldiers regain health or improved functional capability by facilitating the development and implementation of their goals. Ensured that the medical care teams understood the medical plan of care and were aware of the Soldiers non-medical goals. Assisted with the administrative requirements for the Medical Evaluation board.• Established and maintained valuable partnerships with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the mental and physical well-being of over 50 Soldiers• Implemented techniques to improve medical appointment compliance.
