  I joined Dio-soft as a Business analyst on the project that aimed to implement the reconciliation process and reporting for a US investment fund. Had been mostly acting as a Scrum PO working with multiple distributed teams. Major activities performed include but not limited to:- Requirements management (gathering, analysis, processing, and tracking);- User stories writing;- Scope definition and planning to meet business goals in a meaningful time.

  Besides performing BA activities on 3 projects described below I participate in Business Analysis Office events by conducting training/workshops to diverse groups of students, some of the topics are User Story Mapping, Specification by Example, UML 2.0, BABOK 3.0 overview, Persona definition, etc.Summary of the projects:1. Six months on the project aimed to automate and synchronize data flow between a few applications in the Healthcare domain. Most of the integration was done using HL7 messages and CCDA files.2. Starting May 2016 I had been working for 1 year on an enterprise project in the Healthcare domain with continual on-site presence. The main goal of the project was to establish a stable IT infrastructure for the large Healthcare service provider.3.
