Carrying out tracking Kashagan well integrity (Well barriers compliance, maintenance schedules, Technical Reviews for failed tests, annulus pressure investigation, etc.) to comply with Company Well Failure Module in electronic system (eWIPS). HBA check up. Custodian of Kashagan WFM, Annulus Pressure Management Manual, WIMM, and for well MAASP calculation. Build up well models (Prosper), and Well Operating Envelope. Participated in tubing & casing stress analysis. Provided leadership in initiating the modification for flawless production of remote located unmanned island wells. Proactively identified technical requirements for Kashagan well completion based lessons learned. Provided technical solution for well completion design optimization for open hole with stand-alone screen for both gas-lift producer and water injector wells. Skin estimation (Sand Control) for sandstone reservoir. Calculation required gas injection volume for gas-lift wells. Carried well and reservoir performance analysis on quarterly basis. Visited offshore installations for well initial start-up activities, site survey, and wellhead inspections once per quarter basis. Provided technical coaching to the colleagues (well surveillance, well model, WI, APM, TR, etc.). Work with software Prosper, PI (process book), and WellCat. Provide input for Integrated Activity Planning to minimize production deferment during carrying out well preventative maintenance as part of WRFM process. Maintain external and internal networking with technical experts for well integrity and well stimulation.
