  Assisted with the start-up and maintenance of numerous research studies at King's College London as part of the BioResource Team at the Social, Genetic, and Developmental Psychiatry Centre. I was working on the Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression (GLAD) Study and the Eating Disorders Genetic Initiative (EDGI) in particular. I was responsible for handling and analysing confidential participant information, responding to sensitive emails and phone calls from vulnerable people, aiding the recruitment of participants from NHS sites, as well as creating content promoting the studies on their social media channels. I was also given the opportunity to attend numerous high profile BioResource Conferences, able to network with high profile researchers. This role gave me numerous research skills that I look to bring forward to future employment. Show less
