      As a consultant, I learned that sometimes there is an underlying problem that clients don't see. Listening and understanding client needs are key to discovering what they really need to solve their problems and move their business forward. In this role, I was privileged to lead and support the implementation of high-value client projects which involved handling the day-to-day client interactions, facilitating webinars and training programs, creating client reports, responding to RFPs, creating presentations for senior leadership, and working with cross-functional teams to conduct AML checks for prospective clients. I worked with clients in the insurance, banking, and manufacturing industries to help them solve important problems and build toward the future.
