  As part of my role as Business Design Analyst at Barclaycard I am heavily involved in the re-structuring of Barclays bank to comply with ring-fencing regulations set by the PRA (Prudential Regulation Authority). This regulation requires the separation of products, client segments and jurisdictional booking⁄ trading across Barclays into a ring-fence bank and non-ring fence bank.My role within the Regulatory & Mandatory change portfolio at Barclaycard is to conduct analysis on the as-is state within Barclaycard and determine what the future state structure will look like in order to ensure compliance with the regulations set by the PRA. My key deliverables have been to produce requirements documentation and process flow diagrams to be fed into High Level Designs for new architectural solutions and updates to current processes. This is achieved largely through a number of elicitation techniques including conducting workshops and liaising with key stakeholders. Show less
