   Responsible for the development of standard monitoring and evaluation systems within ARC GFTB project and in close coordination with World Vision and other government agencies within existing M&E system; Provides technical expertise in the development of data gathering tools for both baseline information and monitoring of achievement of targets, as well as IEC materials for information dissemination on TB; Assist the GFTB project based staffs in maintaining a systematic and decentralized recording and reporting system that will provide consistent, accurate and timely feedback to the Global Fund TB project manager. Coordinates the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data related to indicators in performance framework; ensures periodic assessment that will regularly measure performance of the project with respect to project identified goals and indicators.
