  Project Description: Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV is a multinational drink and brewing Holdings Company based in Leuven, Belgium. ABI wanted to expand their business by increasing their products in market. But at backend system, they had only 2 byte Product ID which was nearly exhausted with already existing products. Thus the project scope was to expand the Product ID from 2 bytes to 4 bytes for further accumulation of new products in the system.The project included Major enhancement, Manual testing and Production/Application support of the batch as well as online systems.Role and Responsibilities: Application Developer • Engaged in development and maintenance of all systems and applications of ABI to expand the Product ID to avoid any roadblock in expanding the business. • Worked on various aspects like Requirement Analysis, high level designs, component designs, coding, unit and integration testing, QA testing and installation support stages.• Performed regression testing, smoke testing and system testing to gauge system performance• Writing/ reviewing Test Plans, Test cases and execution of test plans; maintenance of all artifacts in QUALITY CENTER.• Have adequate exposure to programming languages like JCL, COBOL, CICS, databases like ORACLE and utilities like SYNCSORT, IEBCOMPR and IDCAMS.• Review work of juniors and to provide guidance to them to understand the domain and project Show less Project Description: Aetna Health Insurance Corporation is the holding company for a group of insurance services. An HMO, or Health Maintenance Organization, is a type of group health insurance plan. The medical needs of the people who subscribe are provided by a managed system of medical care. It provides its service for these needs through a group of doctors, medical personnel and facilities that work directly for the HMO. The HMO Claims application processes the claims by group of doctors, medical personnel and facilities that work for HMO. These claims are either adjudicated online via CICS screens or through batch adjudication. This project included enhancement, maintenance and production support of the batch as well as online systems.
