  2010 – Present day (Promotion) - Night Shift Supervisor• Responsible for the day to day operation within the BU, including production, despatch and hygiene teams. • Manage daily staffing levels of 18 which can increase to between 50 and 80 depending on business needs. • Adapt a flexible approach to working in order to cover all sites and shifts.• Control over labour requirements in all area’s to maximise through put at minimal cost.• Recruitment of staff including interviewing, conducting investigation and disciplinary meetings and delivering outcomes. • Nightly planning and monitoring to ensure that plans are achievable and followed. • Ensuring all Company’s policies, procedures, H&S and GMP standards are followed.• Ensuring accurate completion of all relevant documentation, manual and computerised.• Enter and update payroll systems to ensure employees are paid correctly.• Monitor and implement training needs and requirements against SOI’s and SSOW’s.
