      This role was to assist with the management of all Electrification and Plant assets on Network Rail’s Scotland route – circa 1700 single track kilometres of Overhead Line Equipment, 49 traction power supply substations, 835km of 650V lineside power distribution systems with embedded UPS / back-up generators, 15 pumping stations, and numerous LV electrical installations.I was responsible for asset condition assessment and reporting across the portfolio, providing technical support and leadership to project teams, and the production of remits for renewal or enhancement works.
