As a Financial Services Manager, the onus is on me to continue to ensure my current clients are well take care of and at the same time, grooming new financial planners to do as well as I did, if not way better.   Product Manager | Smart Home & Ceiling Fans | PRISM+As a seasoned product manager, I spearheaded the development of PRISM+’s first ODM ceiling fan lineup—the Oasis and Oasis Pro series—marking a milestone in the company’s expansion into smart home solutions. This series has achieved high market penetration in Singapore, redefining the industry with its customizable design, offering a range of fan blade, motor housing, color, and lighting options.Beyond product development, I managed the end-to-end product cycle and process setup, refining website UI/UX, structuring data across Operations, RMA, and Customer Service, and establishing processes to enhance efficiency. I also led the creation and maintenance of SOPs, knowledge bases, and FAQs, ensuring timely information delivery to customers. Additionally, I leveraged data analysis for continuous product improvements and optimized inventory management.Building on the success of the Singapore launch, I contributed to the next generation of ceiling fans for PRISM+’s overseas markets. In addition to hardware development, I played a pioneering role in PRISM+’s smart home ecosystem, driving the development of the PRISM+ Home and PRISM+ Connect apps, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless product integration. As one of the project’s first movers, I led daily app testing, categorizing feedback for continuous improvement.Beyond ceiling fans, I assisted in the launch of air conditioners (PRISM+ Zero) and air purifiers. One significant achievement was winning a government tender to supply 60,000 DC ceiling fans for 120 schools in Singapore, positioning PRISM+ as a formidable competitor.With a passion for innovation and a strategic mindset, I continue to drive product excellence, ensuring that PRISM+ remains at the forefront of the smart home industry.
