Mill-in grains, take gravity readings, sample dissolved CO2, and grain-out. Brew on a 30 hl, direct-fire brew kettle and 20 bbl mash tun with oversight from head brewer. Run, maintain, and repair a 4 head Maheen bottle filler and assistant with marketing tasks. Assist in managing the tasting room including designing and constructing furniture and fixtures.
