  I am a skilled real estate professional having performed numerous brokerage, consulting and valuation engagements during my 20-plus year career. Included in my real estate experience is the sale of over $600 million of office, retail and industrial buildings throughout the Pacific Northwest.Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, I completed real property valuations under USPAP standards for banks, insurance companies and national real estate investors. I also performed current value analysis related to audited financial statements and was involved in market analysis studies as an index of demand feasibility.
