Taking References and building a long-term relationship with Candidates. 9. Sending Letter of Job Opportunity, Interview Call Letter. 10. Formatting Resumes and cross checking the Quality before forwarding to Clients side. 11. Coordination with Candidates & Clients, Scheduling Interview, Taking Feedback. 12. Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and providing final offer. 13. Resume Mining and Database Management. 14. Maintaining MIS to trace the bottleneck situation. 15. Documentation- Reporting to Director and Team leader. 16. Maintain the daily Report, Data base and Tracker. 17. Preparing Salary Break up & Offer Letters 18. Offer Negotiation 19. Following up with candidates till the date of joining 20. Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter/Appointment Letter, collection of required documents from new joiner).Preparing Induction Program for new joinees. 21.
