  Tersane İstanbul is located at the north coast of Goldenhorn, İstanbul. It has 2 km shoreline to Halic. The aim is to bring in to an integration of the existing shipyard and create an add-value to tourism and economic potential of the Istanbul. The total construction area of the project is calculated 720.000 m2. The Project footprint is around 250.000 m2 so that the land area is very unique while it is located in the inner center of Istanbul.
