Investigate errors and safety concerns; conduct coaching with staff and service recovery with families as appropriate.Review and approve employee timecards. Review non-productive hours (orientation, meeting time, education) and compare with budgeted allotments each quarter.Recognize staff for service excellence, share positive family feedback, and nominate staff for organization-wide recognition events.
