  1. Monitoring the whole mesh topology of the Excitel Broadband by using diversified tools to monitor the performance and capability of the network2. Escalating complicated issues to the management, other IT resources and third parties or vendors as appropriate.3. Managing Ticket and updating the status on the ticket as per the update from the team.4. Perform 24/7 network surveillance.5. Checking the link down issue, packet drop, optical power abnormal, device down, port error rate high etc.6. Monitor large computer networks problems from the Head office and to analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system.7. Monitor network performance, uptime and respond quickly to incidents.8. Communicate and coordinate with the FE's to ensure timely resolution. 9. Monitor and test network performance using variety of monitoring tools like XNMS, OBS, Alerta, Procare etc.10. Sometimes field visits with FE.11. Visiting Data Centers.12. Ability to engage and communicate with appropriate stakeholders and customers. Show less
