  To show my commitment to the human resources field, I chose to complete a six month course through Ivy Tech Indianapolis. The class prepared me to become a more in depth leader, enhanced my HR knowledge, and increased my experience. At the completion of the course, I took the SHRM certified professional course.

  Activities and Societies: Ivy Tech Ambassador, Pathways to Purdue Mentor I was apart of the Pathway's to Purdue University. This program is an opportunity for students to gain an associates from a community college, while taking classes that pertain to there degree at Purdue. I was able to graduate in May of 2018 with an associates of science in agriculture to Purdue.

  Activities and Societies: Benton Central FFA, National Honor Society, Student Government, Community Awareness Program Throughout high school I was involved not only around school, but also throughout my community. I was three year officer of the Benton Central FFA chapter, and District 4 FFA officer my senior year. I was on student government four years and served as president of my student body senior year. I also held leadership positions in National Honor Society and among my church group. I graduated with an academic honors diploma and among the top twenty of my class.

  I am in charge of many operations around our family farm. We not only have multiple animals to maintain, but also a feed business. Our small operation sells Moormans show feeds around our local community. This business has grown over the past couple of years and keeps expanding every year. I am uncharge of running billing through Quick books, and market most of the products that we carry. As our business keeps growing so does my knowledge and responsibilities.
