Responsible for all facets of operations including revenue management, AR/AP, training, payroll, brand and local compliance, etc. * Pushing customer service the property maintained exceptional scores in overall satisfaction (ranked #6 out of 774 properties in overall staff service within the Fairfield brand). * I was able to rebuild revenue and profitability upon returning to property while continuing to enhance and create exceptional customer experiences. In Jacksonville, managed day to day operations for 89 room Fairfield Inn and Suites property. * In my first year as a hotel General Manager, we ended the year with a flow through of just over 73% while learning how to get the most out of my associate team. * Demanding quality customer service, we ranked #1 out of 123 hotels in the Jacksonville area on Trip Advisor from March 2013 until returning to Arkansas in April 2014. * Created local partnerships with companies (ie FedEx, Jacksonville Jaguars, Trinity Baptist) to ensure revenue would be there even when local traffic was soft.
