      The A12 provides the main strategic south-west/north-east link through Essex and Suffolk, connecting Ipswich to London and the M25. The £1bn scheme will widen the A12 between J19-J25 to dual three lanes, increasing capacity and reducing congestion along this section of the Strategic Road Network. My role is Package Lead for the Existing Structures team. Key Highlights • Lead a team of 10 engineers and 4 CAD technicians to produce all Stage 5 deliverables for the 9 existing structures on the scheme.• Chair weekly meetings and co-ordinate activities.• Monitor progress against spend, maintain the programme and resouce planning.• Key contact for the Costain structures team, regularly communicating and collaborating to ensure a smooth delivery of PCF Stages 5 and 6.• Raising Early Warnings for Design changes and/or programme delays.
