   Planned, coordinated and reviewed electrical work for the Industrial Project entailing design, construction, installation and commissioning of the 5.00 lakhs litre per day Dairy Plant and 30 metric tonnes per day Milk Powder Plant. Successfully commissioned 11KV substation which included Transformer, Panels, High Tension breakers, Earthing, Diesel Generator Set, HT-LT cables terminations and Plant building internal and external electrical works, supported operational and performance testing of the transformer and DG set. Supervised and provided technical direction to subordinate engineers, specialists in erection & commissioning of 33KV High Tension line. Prepared detailed Project schedule for the Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation works. Prepared of project progress reports, material indents for the procurement activities, equipment outage reports using SAP based ERP software. Responsibilities also included implementation of quality assurance in accordance with the project QA/QC Plan and collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery of the process equipments. The work also includes preparing cost estimates, invoicing in SAP ERP software (clients & vendors), deviation statements. Successfully implemented the development work of Phase-I, valued Rs. 215 crores at Ayodhya Railway Station. Work included preparation of statements of work and other project planning related documentations, material procurements, preparation of cost estimates, invoicing & deviation statements, budgeting and resolving contractual issues with stakeholders. The Phase-II work of Air concourse at this site has started.  Implemented a Quality plan as per contractual and Green Building requirements, supervised the Ayodhya station building, internal and external electrification(11KV/433V Substation), HVAC work, 50kw solar plant, Fire protection works along with Lifts & Escalators works. The work also included preparing detailed planning and scheduling of Building like wiring & cablerouting, load calculations to ensure execution of projects as per defined specifications and approved drawings. Worked closely with the stakeholders (clients, agencies/vendors) and coordinated with teams to ensure timely execution of the project. Successfully installed 25 KV Over Head Equipments (OHE) System for Railway siding work, valued Rs. 21 crores at Damodar Valley Corporation at Raghunathpur, west Bengal.
