      Eric started his career at Rogers as a Customer Care Consultant in 2006. In 2008 he joined the ERD Floor Support Team assisting employees with questions and backfilling TM’s while on vacation to support the organization. In 2011 became part of the SHM project team in order to support the full launch of Smart Home Monitoring and receiving Connected for Success award from the success of the project. He joined the Organizational Development team as a Senior Learning Facilitator in 2012, since then Eric has received a business impact award for involvement with the launch of the OD Zone.
